　　在这部《最后通牒》的酷儿版衍生节目中，五对长跑中的爱侣将面临二选一的压力：结婚或放手。

　　《百变大咖秀》是湖南卫视在2012年7月频道改版期间推出的晚间22点档综艺节目，版权引自西班牙原创综艺节目《Your Face Sounds Familiar》。节目以艺人明星模仿别的明星为主，节目名称在频道宣传中原定为《绝对大牌》，后于正式播出期间改为《百变大咖秀》。

　　回到体育、时尚、太空、美食等重大现场活动的前七天，见证激动人心而又状况频出的幕后故事。

　　《变形计》是湖南卫视重点研发的一档生活类角色互换节目，这档节目结合当下社会热点，寻找热点中的当局人物，安排他们进行互换人生体验，参与节目的双方就在七天之中互换角色（2014年改为一个月），体验对方的生活。节目同时全程每天24小时跟拍，粗加剪辑后原生态播出，它是中国第一档生活角色互换类节目。
　　《变形计》即禀承“换位思考”这一思维理念，而且更推至极致，在节目中，你不仅要站在对方立场去设想和理解对方，你还要去过对方的生活，真正体验对方世界的大小风云，品察对方思想最微妙的情绪触动。“变形”主人公就在与相关对象的互换中，体验不同人生，达到改善关系、解决矛盾、收获教益的目的。

　　《变形计》是一档以关爱和反思为视角，关注当代中国青少年教育和成长问题的青春励志生活类角色互换纪实节目。《变形计》第十八季依然采用双边互换的形式展开变形，多维度关注和解析00后少年成长生态。

12位单身男女在泰国苏梅岛共同生活12天，与外界隔绝，追寻无限可能的爱情。通过竞技游戏，他们赢得约会机会和生存物资。最终他们将作出决定是否在节目结束后继续相伴。
