　　任时完([辩护人、未生])饰演首尔厅调查5局2科1组新上任的组长黄东柱，他左右逢源，并以独特的毒舌能力显得非常出众。高我星([汉江怪物、火星生活])饰演租税5局的调查官徐慧英，她有著比一般人更精准的直觉与调查能力，比任何人都积极并带领著整个团队。孙贤周([隐秘而伟大])饰演前国税厅总厅调查局长、现任首尔地方国税厅厅长印泰俊，他拥有敏锐的头脑和出色的职场判断力，一直保持着堂堂正正又高傲的态度。朴勇宇饰演调查5局的吴影。他以前也曾是租税局的王牌，曾经很活跃但现在不可同日而语。该剧由李胜英执导，金铉贞(《操控》)操刀剧本。

　　被临时调入检察厅刑事法制团的黄始木（曹承佑饰），与借调至警察厅搜查革新团的韩汝真（裴斗娜饰）因为溺水案重新有了交集。接下去，警检双方因为长期以来的权力不平等而要求的谈判即将开始。警方想获得从前紧紧攥在检察厅手里的调查权，彻底改变检方与警方的上下级关系，形成互相制衡的新生态。黄始木和韩汝真各自的上级禹太夏（崔武成饰）和崔晖（全慧珍饰），他们将代表各自的组织利益进行警检会谈。但情况不会那么简单，彼此掌握对方黑料，又都擅长利用舆论的两方会让这场权力的让渡之战变得复杂。

　　虽然本剧的收视不怎么出色，但是在夏季档周一维持了1.0左右的收视成绩。作为一部夏季剧集，ABC还是觉得收视表现OK因而给出第三季续订，2015年夏天回归！
