　　该剧以党和国家新时代“脱贫攻坚、全面小康”重大历史使命为时代背景，以单元剧的叙事手法，讲述了中国北方青山镇新上任的党委副书记唐天石、市广播电视台新闻女主播辛兰、返乡创业大学生石全有三位青年共产党人积极响应党中央号召、主动接受扶贫攻坚工作的故事。
