　　讲述了在原因不明的死亡之后，为了追查真相，韩国最顶级的医生参与事件调查的故事，是韩国首部讲述法医题材的电视剧，因此极受关注。柳德焕将在剧中饰演神经外科专家，作为韩国最顶级的神经外科专家，尽管有着最高的实力，却是一个世间唯我独尊毫无畏惧的怪胎。尽管经常得到为人傲慢的评价，却是个有着天才般的实力和幽默感的人物，让人实在没办法讨厌。
