《女人如歌》是湖南卫视2012秋季倾全台之力，巨资打造，中国第一档已婚女性歌唱竞技类季播大型活动！2012年11月2日强势上档，2013年元旦前结束第一季。每周五晚22:00，共播出8期周赛（录播）和1期年度对决（现场直播），每期时长90分钟。该节目将购买荷兰年度最火节目《The Winner Is》的模式进行改造，这是众多电视台争相竞争的一个2012年被寄予厚望的大型节目模式。
