《蒙面唱将猜猜猜第五季》是由江苏卫视推出的音乐猜评题材的节目。该节目由艺人蒙面上台献唱，由大张伟、敖犬、张纯烨、刘畅、郭涛、沈南等组成的猜评团和全场观众共同进行猜测考验。随着节目的录制，不断会有飞行嘉宾加入猜评团，在唱将的选择上，也会有所颠覆，之前四季邀请过许多实力唱将，但这次有更多不同职业、不同背景的唱将登场，甚至影视大咖、运动健将也会加入到该节目中。
