　　本片是德国电视二台(ZDF)于2009年春季推出的历史剧，共分3部分，片长总计270分钟。本片以写实的手法描写了著名的克虏伯家族上百年的奋斗史。克虏伯家族一手建立了世界500强之一的蒂森克虏伯股份公司(ThyssenKrupp AG)。

　　蒋如珠（商天娥 饰）本来是一个平平凡凡的师奶，因她在所住的屋村那里极富号召力，人气极佳，被精明奸狡的证券商人丁兆景（林嘉华 饰）看上了。丁兆景一心想获得大富豪司徒联辉的青睐，力捧如珠当师奶股神，通过她的号召力，将师奶们的私己积蓄集中起来，为己所用。如珠不知是计，甚至不顾老实忠直的证券从业员丈夫子聪（谢天华 饰）的反对，当上了公众人物——大名鼎鼎的师奶股神。由于忙于工作，如珠渐渐忽略照顾家人，令她和子聪的矛盾更加升级。一次，丁兆景炒股票被套，为了自己安全脱身，他利用如珠号召师奶们入他的股票，帮他接货。最终师奶们亏得血本无归，大家都怪如珠，连如珠自己亦十分惭愧。如珠亏光了一对子女以后的大学学费，子聪十分生气，要和她离婚。最后两人为了一对子女健康成长，离婚一事暂时搁置。丁兆景顺利成了司徒联辉的手下，为了进一步博取他的青睐，丁兆景再一次不择手段……

　　故事发生在清康熙年间。自幼孔武有力的聂多宝（马浚伟 饰）因与蓝翎侍卫尔豪发生冲突，引发满汉冲突，康熙（陈国邦 饰）为不使争端升级，下令汉人也可投考御前侍卫，后因孝庄（程可为 饰）太后阻挠而搁浅。顺治临终前留下书信一封，福全（马国明 饰）认为此信肯定牵扯到谁来继承皇位的问题，追查中得知信已遗失，于是他滥杀无辜，并将罪责全部推在孝庄、康熙等人身上，令头脑简单的多宝误入歧途。一个偶然机会，多宝听人谗言，说康熙是逼害自己家人的仇人，他想利用康熙南巡途中将其诛杀，但经过激烈的思想斗争最终没有下手，康熙念其护驾有功，升他为侍卫统领。此时，继位无望的福全终于发难了......
