　　少年云飞扬（徐少强 饰）的身世扑朔迷离，尽管与武当派掌门青松（张瑛 饰）有着特殊的关系，但他在武当派的地位却非常低微。后来，云飞扬得到了一位神秘黑衣人的秘密武功传承。
　　青松与武林名将独孤无敌（杨泽霖 饰）多次交手，但都战败于对方手下，导致独孤无敌成为武林的霸主。与此同时，武当山上发生了一连串离奇的血案，都与云飞扬有关。最终，青松惨死，飞扬心情复杂，离开了武当山。当时，武林中流传着一种神奇的武功——天蚕诀，如果练者掌握不精，就会束缚自己，甚至丧失自身的武功。但如果能领悟其中的奥秘，并掌握变化之道，就可以将武功提升到化境，成为武林中地位最高的盟主。

　　仁和医院高级精神科医生高立仁（方中信 饰）在婚礼前痛失为重案组探员的未婚妻莫敏儿（徐子珊 饰），随即陷入悲伤中不可自拔，甚至为此辞去工作。却不料就在此时，医院接收了一名声称被幻听所困更涉嫌强奸案的精神分裂患者。对此案不甚关心的高立仁路过案发现场，误打误撞帮助了博安医院法医精神科医生梁启荣（萧正楠 饰），并建立亦师亦友的关系。已经在外挂牌行医的连志森（蒋志光 饰）担心老友丧妻后萎靡不振的精神状态，多番劝说他重振旗鼓。高立仁也终于决定去博安医院任职。
　　在随后一次同学聚会中，夜总会发生命案，高立仁意外结识了警方卧底林颂恩（杨怡 饰）。而在工作过程中，也逐渐与顾问医生卓慧翘（蒙嘉慧 饰）成为朋友。与此同时，连志森与梁启荣也分别陷入了暧昧不清的情爱关系……

　　《真爱如血》（True Blood）改编自Charlaine Harris的小说《南方吸血鬼》（Southern Vampire）。这部尺度大胆、引人恐惧的新剧由《六英尺下》（Six Feet Under）的创造者Alan Ball打造，是其返回HBO的新作。难产三年，终于破茧。《真爱如血》深入探讨了小说家Charlaine Harris精雕细琢构架的世界，被艾美奖赢家Ball描述为“聪明人的爆米花”。并且演员阵容强大，重点刻画各种与当地格格不入的人。《真爱如血》保证让观者心跳加速。
　　故事发生在路易斯安那州的一个小镇——Bon Temp。由于日本人发明的一种叫做“真血”（TruBlood）的人造合成血，吸血鬼们可以通过购买的方式获得血液来维生，一夜之间从传说中的怪物摇身变成了普通市民。虽然人类不再是吸血鬼的盘中餐，理论上两者能够和平共处共同生活，但是对于这些“走出棺材”的　　生物的理解仍有待加强。宗教领袖和政府官员选择了他们的立场，但是在Bon Temp小镇，审判还未开始。
