别人修仙靠悟，我靠算题封神

　　精灵世界一年一度的秋季盛典马上又到了，恰逢难得的蓝月亮丰收之年，需要制作一把全新的蓝宝石权杖。负责修补工作的精灵小叮当（梅·惠特曼 Mae Whitman 配音）意外被任命为这次权杖制作的主管，个性毛躁的她虽然有好朋友特伦斯（杰西·麦卡尼 Jesse McCartney 配音）帮忙，但很快就起了争吵与之绝交，还在无意中打碎了蓝宝石，自觉大难临头。一次偶然的机会，小叮当得知传说中的一个神秘岛上藏有一面魔镜，可以帮助实现一个愿望。小叮当决意偷偷前往神秘岛，希望能重获一块蓝宝石。然而在这趟惊险的旅途中，小叮当却发现了另外一样珍贵的无价之宝……

　　公元2200年,碳基星球再次爆发“碳灾"，“碳魔"卷十重来,使得星球牛灵涂炭。为了拯救家园,核精灵队长秦羽鹭与何小光重组核精灵战队,最终，他们将“碳魔"重新净化。碳基星球恢复往日安宁，何小光和秦羽鹭也继续他们的环保事业。

　　一心想成为幽灵猎人的天空寺尊于18岁生日时，收到来自十年前亡父生前所寄的幽灵眼魂（Ghost Eyecon）后，来自异世界的怪人——眼魔突如其来地出现在面前并盯上此物，甚至为救青梅竹马月村明里和御成而身亡。得到仙人的帮助之下而获得Ghost驱动器变身，成为假面骑士Ghost并得以九十九日短暂的生命复苏。为收集实现复活愿望的「15位伟人」眼魂，投身于影响世界命运的战斗中。

　　兔子经过艰苦奋斗，终于排除万难建立了新的种花家。然而兔子饱受鹰酱、大熊的孤立，不得已和单纯的河马们交了朋友。在兔子的经济、军事援助下，以坦黑叔为代表的河马实现了军事上的长足发展，兔子也终于在第三世界立稳脚跟。与此同时，兔子和毛熊的关系不断恶化，双方在珍宝岛爆发了武装冲突。没有永远的朋友，只有永远的利益。曾经视为寇雠的兔子与鹰酱相互试探，最终建交。为了遏制毛熊的势力，鹰酱协助种花家重返联合国，并给予了极大了武器输出支持。
