　　安骥（汤镇业 饰）是玉凤的青梅竹马，亦和玉凤有着相似的遭遇，同仇敌忾的两人结伴行走江湖，发誓为他们的家人报仇。一次偶然中，两人遇见了康熙的妹妹双格格（翁美玲 饰），双格格在误打误撞之中爱上了女扮男装的玉凤，期间闹出了不少的笑话。实际上，双格格的真实身份早就被九难师太（李琳琳 饰）给识破了，她打算利用双格格来完成她刺杀康熙的大业。
