《梦想改造家》节目坚持人文精神，始终围绕着主人公的故事、有代表性的居住难题，以及对梦想家园的美好憧憬徐徐展开。除了关注民生热点，节目还加大笔墨，聚焦于城市更新和乡村振兴等项目，而收官之作则坚持公益改造，体现媒体担当。

　　《送你一朵小红花》特别纪录共分为三集，分别是一家亲、两家人、生命里，导演韩延和易烊千玺、朱媛媛、高亚麟出镜介绍电影的台前幕后以及一路走来的心路历程，由张绍刚担任主持，进行串联。 众主创暖心分享饰演抗癌一家人的戏里戏外故事，导演韩延阐述对中国式家庭和生命题材的理解。

　　一眾熱愛歌唱的參賽者，繼續於《中年好聲音3》開展音樂比拼。除了香港賽區的百強選手為音樂夢奮鬥，早前在新馬、大灣區兩個賽區脫穎而出的十五位「好聲音」，也會於中途加入，一起接受各式各樣的音樂試煉，力爭成為「中三」王者。新一季節目仍然由車婉婉暖心陪伴眾人追夢，評審陣容亦更強大。肥媽、伍仲衡、張佳添、周國豐以外，Eric Kwok、布志倫、海兒等音樂人亦會於個別階段坐上評判席，為選手們點評打分。

　　《妻子的浪漫旅行》是由芒果TV李甜团队打造的全国首档夫妻观察治愈真人秀。节目以“观察夫妻相处之道”为主旨，让婚姻中的“妻子角色”踏上浪漫之旅，丈夫团留守棚内，隔空观察旅途中的妻子，解锁其夫妻幸福密码，为当代观众绘制了一幅现代“婚姻图鉴”。

　　Hannah Fry discovers the hidden WWII radar technology that heats up beans, learns the legend of the melted candy bar in an engineer's pocket that kick-started revolution.
　　Episode 5: Headphones
　　Headphones are worn by over 30 million people in the UK. Hannah Fry visits legendary headphone honchos Bose to find out how today's teeny earbud tech works and meets the human testers with 'golden ears'.
　　Episode 6: Lift
　　Fry goes behind the scenes to look at the tech behind the lift. Along the way, she finds out how coal mines made lifts safer, gets to grips with a piece of medieval siege technology, and discovers how a PR stunt changed the modern skyline.
