　　第三季故事从1939年春季讲起，第二次世界大战即将到来，镇上的居民都将面临各种变化，特别是对James和Helen而言。两人的生活步入了新阶段，而他们周围的世界正走向一个充满不确定性的时期。

　　该剧是一部讲述拨乱反正之后，成为王的先宗嫡长子李泰成为朝鲜的王之后开展的古装正剧故事，主要讲述了与软弱的父亲不同，想要成为绝对君主的李泰与拨乱反正，反抗暴君有功，想要把王打造成“王室之花”的朴继元之间的紧张政治对决剧。

　　经验丰富的现役救护总队目麦在田（马德钟饰），拥有幸福完整的家庭，却因为司机醉驾，令老婆章可岚（李佳芯饰）失救致死，因此痛恨任意妄为的人和事。自小父母离异的卓家杰（何广沛饰）机缘巧合，成为麦在田下属。透过二人经历不同的救护案件，让观众感受到救护员一句安慰说话，或是无声陪伴，能减轻市民面对受伤的恐慌，与死亡的孤寂。

　　苏州顾家子弟顾易中（曾舜晞 饰）从宾夕法尼亚大学建筑系学成回国，抗战爆发后，在一次协助地下党女友的营救行动失败后，苏州地下组织联络点也全部暴露。顾易中因日伪故意栽赃陷害被误认为是党内叛徒，在无法自证清白的情况下，他主动潜入日伪，几经周折后终于成为我党在苏州特工站中的一名潜伏人员。顾易中面顶着巨大压力，与苏州特工站站长周知非（张颂文 饰）和日军顾问近藤利男斗智斗勇，乘机找出了党内真正的叛徒“黑八”并将其除去。顾易中持续不断地为我党秘密搜集情报，多次救党内同志于危难之中，为我党苏州地下组织的抗日救国运动提供了巨大支持和帮助。他以坚定不移的信仰奋勇向前，在斗争中不断成长。

　　Plot of the series:
　　In the series “Catherine Season 4 Favorites,” the reign of the Great Empress of Russia, Catherine Alekseevna II, continues. 　　该剧翻拍自法国人气电视剧《百分之十》。讲述在娱乐经纪公司里，经纪人个个疲于奔命，不仅要对付个性强烈的家伙以及办公室政治，还得设法让大牌客户满意，并帮助他们事业更上一层楼。

　　琼森（凯拉·塞吉维克 Kyra Sedgwick 饰）由亚特兰大远赴洛杉矶，担任特别罪案调查组的代理警长一职，专门调查那些令警方赶到棘手、让媒体赶到兴奋的凶杀案。这听起来风光无限的职位真正干起来却麻烦多多，因为琼森要面对的手下，是一帮固执的大男人，他们各有各的性格和想法，并且都自认为自己才是最聪明的那一个。
