一方水土養一方人，中國地大物博，各地風土人情不同，也各自培養出獨特的養生之道。陳煒、黎諾懿分途出發，率領曹永廉、游嘉欣、陳嘉慧等主持拍檔前赴貴州、雲南等內地省分，將養生學問結合旅遊行程，探索多個地方不盡相同的養生奧秘，也會發掘在地民眾的養生食材、美饌。《養生之旅》亦會邀請中醫師、大學學者等，透過中醫醫理、科學等角度，解說相關養生智慧。此外，節目還有周國豐以靚聲導航，引領觀眾領略養生的奧妙。
